I am currently amping up my running from 5kms to half marathons, as Jesse is an ultra runner and I should probably keep up…so let’s track my progress!
A little updating is needed here, 5kms are hardly worth the effort and half marathons are my standard distance now. I need a new goal…but what should I commit to? Progress is addicting and once the base miles are in place and are comfortable, it becomes masochistically fun (aka Type II fun) to increase the mileage. “Runner’s high” is most definitely a thing!
